Join Amy McIntyre, our resident wine expert in this foundation class and explore wines from some of South America’s major wine producing regions. The diverse terroir, from high-altitude vineyards in the Andes to the coastal regions of Chile and Uruguay (fingers crossed), provide the distinct character of these wines. Think Torrontés, Sauvingnon Blanc, Carmenere, Malbec and perhaps a few surprises. Together we will learn what you can expect when picking up bottles from each region and appreciate the enduring popularity of these wines.
